Implements the epoch / raw loops by constructing a single InvMinimumNorm kernel and re-applying it, MNE-Python's whitened-data SNR estimate, and the Welch PSD that re-uses the utils/spectral primitives to keep the spectral pipeline identical to the one used elsewhere in mne-cpp.
